  11. to Taste Salt
  12. 1 tbsp Ginger (Grated)
  13. 1 Long Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)

Instructions to make Leftover Rice Pakora

  1. Firstly, add the leftover rice in a large mixing bowl. Mash it with the help of a masher. To it add steamed and mashed potatoes.
  2. Add grated carrot, corn flour and finely chopped onions.
  3. Add finely chopped green bell pepper, chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and salt.
  4. Add the chopped green chillies and grated ginger. Mix until well combined and form it into a dough.
  5. Grease your hands lightly with oil and then pinch lemon size ball from the mixture and roll it in the shape of a ball. Prepare balls of the entire mixture and set it aside. Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium flame. Gently add the prepared balls in the hot oil. Fry few at a time.
  6. Flip and fry until golden brown all over. When done, remove on tissue paper to drain away the excess oil.
  7. Crispy and Delicious Leftover Rice Pakora is ready. Enjoy it hot with schezwan sauce, ketchup or any sauce of your choice alongwith a hot cup of tea or coffee.
