- 1 cup barnyard millet(samak rice)
- 3 tbsp peanuts
- 2 tbsp curd
- 2 green chillies
- Rock salt to taste (Sengha namak)

- Wash and soak samak rice for 15 minutes.
- Grind chillies and peanuts together.
- Now grind Samak rice, green chillies peanuts paste and curd together. Add salt as per taste.
