- For the strawberry sauce
- 1 bowl ripe strawberry
- 4-5 tbsp sugar
- For the butterscotch sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3-4 tbsp fresh cream
- Other ingredients
- 1/4 cup tutti frutti
- 7-8 almond

Put it in a mixer and make a smooth paste. Then stain it and again cook it for 4-5 min. Till it becomes a thick consistency sauce.

- Now take the milk. When it comes to boil add the lemon juice. Keep on stirring. Till the chana is done. Do it in low flame so that the chana remains soft. Now stain it through a muslin cloth. Keep it for 1 hr to remove the excess water. Now in a plate or bowl. Take the chana and smash it. Gradually add the butterscotch sauce and smash it till it gets fluffy and creamy. Add the tutti frutti.


- Now in covered steel container spread the chana evenly. Spread the strawberry sauce on the top. Granush it with thinly sliced almond. Now in a pan add a stand then water. Now place the covered container on it. Cover the pan so that the steam do not comes out. Let it cook for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool. Now cut and serve it. You can do it in. Microwave also.
