  1. 1 Seabass
  2. Sea salt
  3. Ingredients to put inside the fish belly
  4. 5 slices Ginger
  5. 2 cloves Garlic
  6. 1 Lemongrass
  7. Sauce
  8. 1.5 table spoon Oyster sauce
  9. 1/2 tea spoon Fish sauce
  10. 1 table spoon Lime juice
  11. 1/2 table spoon Sugar
  12. 1 table spoon Water
  13. Ingredients to put on the fish
  14. 1/2 Red chill (chopped)
  15. 4 slices Lime
  16. 1/3 Onion (sliced)
  17. 1 slice Ginger (chopped)
  18. Parsley 🌿

Steps to make Thai style steamed sea bass πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡­

  1. Sprinkle some salt on both side of the sea bass.
  2. Cut the lemongrass in half and slice the garlic and the ginger. Put all these in the belly of the sea bass.
  3. Wrap all sides of the sea bass in foil and place in a deep frying pan. Pour some water in the pan and be careful the water don't come inside the foil. Cover with a lid and cook on a low-medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the ginger into strips, slice the onion and prepare some chili(Please adjust the amount of chili depends on your available spicy level). Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a separate small bowl.
  5. Add the ingredients and sauce on the sea bass. Cover with a lid and cook again for another 10 minutes.
  6. Prepare the lime slices and parsley(or coriander). Place them on the sea bass, cover with the lid to steam again for few minutes and ready to serve!
  7. It really goes well with white rice!!
