  6. Steam it for 30 mints in low medium heat.Then let the steam sandesh to cool down.
  7. Meanwhile make rabdi.Heat a kadai & pour the milk in low medium flame.Reduce the milk to 1/4,then add sugar,saffron strands, cook it for few mints.
  8. Once done turn off the heat, take it out in a bowl.
  9. Now place the steam sandesh pieces over the rabdi.
  10. Decorate the steam sandesh with sugar spam.
