- Ek bary bartan me gosht nikalen or dahi ka mixture gosht pe achi trah lgaen or 2 ghnty ke lye marinate krdena hai



- After Then 2 hours cooker me gosht dalen or half cup pani add krky 5 mint high flame p pkaen then 30 mint ke lye cooker band krden. Or Flame low krden

- Adhy ghnty bad jab ye pak jae to 5 se 10 mint tak bhoon lein or flame se utar lein
- Fry krny ke tawa me 3/4 spoon oil dalen or meat ko shallow fry karein, ek bartan me nikalny ke bad koila ka dhuwan deden


- Then plate me nikal ke pyaz, hari dhaniya, mirch or lemon se garnish krden... chapati ya naan ke serve karein.. mazedar steamed fry meat tayar hai😍
